The Solutions Architect is responsible for the execution of complex projects by studying and understanding clients’ requirements, identifying gaps (if any) between clients’ requirements and current functionalities, and defining solutions to bridge the gap. The Solutions Architect becomes involved with a project at the time of inception (pre-sales) and is involved in the functional analysis of developing the initial requirements. They then remain involved throughout the balance of the project. They act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. The Solutions Architect is the link between the needs of the clients and the Services and Product teams and works toward a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. The role will also include a small percentage of tasks typically associated with an Implementation Specialist, including software application training, coordination, and support to clients for timely on-boarding.
Excellence and achievement within the role will be defined by designing integration solutions to enable the successful onboarding of our enterprise clients on our SaaS platform within agreed deadlines and in the most efficient way possible while appropriately setting client expectations and continuously improving processes ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
