A Client Strategy Associate performs the day-to-day tasks for the Managed Services client portfolio. Primarily, Associates will support e-commerce and marketplace analysis and optimization efforts for Marketplace services such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Associates will be a critical member of the client account team and help drive success for many of the top internet retailers.
A Client Strategy Associate is an entry level position and helps the account team perform the day-to-day tasks for a Managed Services client portfolio. Primarily, Associates will support ecommerce and marketplace analysis and optimization efforts for Marketplace services such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. The CSA will learn and execute our time-tested best practices on resolving listing errors, setup and implementation of promotions, analyzing trends and seller competition and optimizing product content to help drive success for our customers!
