We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our global recruiting team and to identify talent for our EMEA and APAC offices. 

 

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by utilizing social networks, job boards and other portfolio sites. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategy development.
  • Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, TotalJobs, and local universities
  • Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates
  • Attend recruitment events and partner with local organizations to increase brand awareness
  • Provide weekly sourcing metrics

Qualifications

  • 1+ years proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role, preferably for Sales and Services positions for a technology/software company
  • Experience sourcing positions for a global company, sourcing specifically in Germany and Australia is a plus
  • Experience sourcing for German speaking roles is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCims) 
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
  • Ability to quickly make decisions
