Global Digital Marketing Manager

ChannelAdvisor is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team to develop strategies for paid search and search engine optimization (SEO) globally. The Digital Marketing Manager will support our global demand generation efforts and own the creation, execution and reporting of paid search and SEO campaigns.


  • Develop and execute global paid search strategies (Google and Bing) to drive pipeline growth
  • Day-to-day management of campaign budgets, bid management, keyword research, creative, targeting strategies, and strategic test plans 
  • Track and monitor campaign results and provide analysis and recommendations for optimization
  • Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Product) to provide recommendations for landing page design, copy and testing
  • Own the global SEO strategy (on- and off-page) and work closely with internal teams to optimize website copy and metadata; Write SEO requirements for content creators
  • Drive organic (non-paid) growth through content and technical improvements


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing paid search, display and SEO
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing paid search and organic campaigns 
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic display landscape, best practices and platforms to successfully manage campaigns
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with proven track record in working collaboratively with cross-functional, global teams
  • Excellent understanding of technical SEO best practices
  • Strong data analysis abilities
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • B2B marketing and e-commerce experience preferred
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications a plus
  • Understanding of HTML and JavaScript a plus
  • Experience with SEMRush, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Optimize a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
