The roleDigital Marketing Client Strategy Manager

Due to continuous growth through consistent high levels of customer satisfaction and multiple new business wins, ChannelAdvisor are looking to expand their UK based team by hiring a Digital Marketing Client Strategy Manager to manage the day to day operations for multiple high profile clients in specific ChannelAdvisor-supported digital channels such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Amazon, etc.

The Digital Marketing Client Strategy Manager will own the successful creation, development, and execution of digital marketing projects for a portfolio of e-commerce accounts focusing primarily on paid search campaigns. The person in this role will combine in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, paid search campaigns and associated platforms across the digital marketing industry to deliver effective paid advertising and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Excellence and achievement within the role will be defined by successfully managing multiple clients and effectively communicating progress and successes throughout the organization. The Client Strategy Manager will also be our subject matter expert for our digital marketing platforms, setting services levels, contributing to product features, and coaching others.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with Account team to understand the client’s goals.  Develop and execute strategic game plans to meet these goals while providing best-in-class guidance and service.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and members of the Account team. Provides leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
  • Deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
  • Lead client calls to discuss industry updates and trends, update client on project status, and review program performance relative to client goals

  • Fluent in both written and spoken French or Spanish would be beneficial but not essential
  • Proven experience within paid search, PPC campaigns and Amazon Advertising strongly preferred, experience in Paid Social as plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under high-pressure situations with demonstrated success in managing client dispute and risk situations
  • Able to leverage data to make important decisions that will drive client’s digital marketing strategy
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
  • Strong interest in technology and digital marketing
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills
