ChannelAdvisor is looking for a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, EMEA to own the strategy, planning, execution and evaluation of integrated marketing programs to achieve lead, pipeline and revenue goals for the company. We’re looking for a driven, creative and analytics-focused professional who is passionate about developing and implementing effective B2B demand generation campaigns that will generate qualified leads and help fuel the sales pipeline to support business growth goals.

The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. He or she will be responsible for optimising ROI by determining the appropriate program mix, executing campaigns, forecasting, measuring, analysing and reporting on the impact of demand generation.

The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, EMEA will report to the Marketing Director, EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and execute demand generation programs through a variety of channels, including email (via Marketo), digital marketing, website, webinar, paid social, content syndication, display advertising, direct marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) to drive a sufficient volume of leads/pipeline
  • Manage the budget for demand generation and digital marketing programs
  • Segment, target and personalise to target accounts of customers and prospects (via Salesforce)
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact (ROI) of demand generation activities
  • Plan, negotiate with, manage and analyse third-party lead generation vendors
  • Work closely with the event, content marketing and PPC teams to optimise campaigns
  • Manage and communicate lead generation project timelines to all affected marketing groups, ensuring that all lead generation activities are executed on time and on budget
  • Collaborate closely with sales, account management, leadership and the global marketing team to plan, execute and manage demand generation programs in EMEA

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience running B2B demand generation campaigns in a SaaS or technology company
  • Expertise across a spectrum of demand generation techniques (email, digital marketing, website, ABM, content syndication, etc)
  • Analytically-minded with a focus on target attainment
  • Experience negotiating contracts with various third-party vendors to efficiently optimise budget against targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to details
  • Team player with a proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Self-motivated, confident, flexible and energetic with a can-do attitude
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience
