The Product Management team is seeking a Product Manager to drive differentiation through ChannelAdvisor’s portfolio of client service offerings, the platform enhancements to enable those offerings, and the ChannelAdvisor team that delivers client services. In this role, with a focus on client success, revenue generation, and retention, you will own and drive the roadmap and delivery of service offerings that are a differentiator for ChannelAdvisor and help our clients succeed across the eCommerce spectrum including advertising, sales, and fulfillment on the world’s biggest channels including Amazon, Google, and Shopify.
As a Product Manager you will report to the VP of Product Management and work with other Product Management and Services leaders to identify and prioritize new service opportunities, complementary to the platform, to help eCommerce sellers succeed and you will collaborate with all areas of the business to deliver on those opportunities. You will also identify and, in collaboration with other Product Managers, prioritize platform enhancements and other technical solutions that will maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the ChannelAdvisor Services team. Success in this position requires the ability to rationalize, in a holistic manner, a growing portfolio of service offerings and their complementary role to each other and to the platform.
Our SaaS solutions and expert managed services help power e-commerce initiatives for premier global consumer brand manufacturers and retailers. This position is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and operational product manager to drive the success of ChannelAdvisor’s leading services portfolio.
