The role – Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant
ChannelAdvisor is experiencing record success and growth through consistent high levels of customer satisfaction and multiple new business wins. We are looking to further this by expanding our presales team through the addition of a Pre-Sales eCommerce Consultant responsible for providing strategic and technical support to the sales team acting as the eCommerce and Marketplace expert for prospective Brands and Retailers.
The Pre-Sales Consultant will also play a significant part in growing the average deal’s size by finding out opportunities through a thorough discovery process and by building strong business cases for our prospects.
Excellence and achievement within the role will be defined by successfully acting as the eCommerce expert partnering the sales team demonstrated through a thorough understanding of the ChannelAdvisor offering, eCommerce and Marketplace strategies. You will also act as the bridge between Sales and Services ensuring smooth continuity between pre-sales and post-sales.
