The Shoppable Media Implementation Consultant will act as a key client liaison to assist customers with the setup, customization, and optimization of their ChannelAdvisor accounts. Your primary responsibility will be with ChannelAdvisor Shoppable Media software launches. You will work with the world’s largest Consumer Brands, liaising with executive level resources across the globe, to drive projects that deliver working solutions, on-time. During this new client launch phase, you will provide the necessary software application training, data validation, project management, and support to clients for timely on-boarding. Additionally, you will assist in team knowledge-share activities, contribute to the development of launch processes and procedures and advise in the development of multi-format client resources, like documentation, video tutorials and webinars.
