The Product Operations Manager drives operational excellence for ChannelAdvisor’s product management function by creating and managing supporting processes that can scale for ChannelAdvisor’s growth and customer success. This role will be responsible for executing and improving major cross-functional processes such as release processes to ensure cross-functional readiness for product releases, roadmap iteration processes to ensure on schedule roadmap revisions, and product analytics processes to ensure the team has efficient access to information produced by other departments and systems such as usage analytics, business performance, and competitive intelligence. The role requires effective project and process management, including the creativity and ability to develop processes and tools that address the needs of the function and the business. This role is accountable for the achievement of operational process objectives established on a rolling quarterly basis.
