We are looking to further this by expanding our London based sales team through the addition of a Account Executive to interact with online retailers ranging from mid to enterprise level to increase their sales, visibility and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Continuously developing a pipeline of prospective customers within the target market of mid to enterprise online retailers and brands
  • Identifying, developing, closing and nurturing new business opportunities
  • Growing new clients into repeat customers and expanding market share working collaboratively with Account Management & Professional Services divisions
  • Communicating ChannelAdvisor’s solutions, values and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintaining accurate reports and pipelines of all opportunities, contacts and account history via Salesforce
  • Managing contracts and agreements to ensure that internal & external expectations are being established, communicated and exceeded
  • Meeting and surpassing individual monthly, quarterly & annual quotas for new business development
  • Maintaining a relevant, qualified pipeline of prospects at a level consummate to 5 times your annual quota

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of exceeding targets selling software, preferably SaaS to E-commerce clients, of mid to Enterprise level
  • A demonstrable history of both face to face and telephonic consultative sales
  • Proven experience managing multiple sales cycles of differing lengths is highly advantageous, particularly within a SaaS environment
  • A clear passion and desire to work within the e-commerce arena
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
  • A demonstrable history of selling at multiple levels within a client from C-suite down
